Ferguson owned a large cotton farm in the Ozark community and Ed Cobb is listed as a logger in the early census records of Itawamba County. The tintype photograph was supplied to the historical society by Janie Comer of Fulton.

Bob, this photograph as well as the others that Janie gave to the Society is simply amazing. What a treasure they are, with such unusual subjects and situations. Thanks for sharing.
